Local Area Agreement

Walsall's new Local Area Agreement (LAA) was submitted to Government at the beginning of June 2008

Our current LAA runs from April 2006 until the end of March 2009. It identifies the priority outcomes for the Borough, sets targets against a range of indicators and contains details of the funding streams that will be that form part of the LAA.

Following the first six months we were given the opportunity to submit to government a self-assessment review which presents WBSP’s view of where it stands in delivering the LAA.

Review Appendix

At April 2007 we have agreed a refresh of LAA’s outcomes framework. This includes the addition of new mandatory indicators, amendment or deletion of some indicators and the revision of selected targets.
